Listening in the Dark is a live Zoom teaching. Together we will be exploring the shared language of dreams, desire and inner guidance. We’ll study this not as something mystical and distant, but as an innate human trait we’ve been taught to ignore

This isn’t dream decoding. It isn’t manifestation hype. And it isn’t about being told what your symbols mean.

It’s about remembering how to listen 👂🏻 to listen in the dark

In this session, we’ll explore:

🌑 Why darkness, silence, and sleep amplify inner guidance

🌘 The science of dreaming — how the brain integrates emotion, memory, and meaning

🌒 Why dreams speak in images, not words

🌗 Dreamers, oracles, and sacred sleep across history

🌕 The shared language of dreams and desire

🌑 How shame and silencing dulled our inner listening

🌒 Attunement over action — listening before doing

We’ll move gently, grounded in both biology and myth with space to reflect. There is no pressure to perform, interpret or share.
