Friday the 13th, I’m opening a live circle. A space to gather together, to steady one another and to weave. I feel called to host this in a time where we all need a little more time, space, to be held and to have community.  

This is a one-hour live Zoom workshop with no replay. This is meant to be experienced together.

This event is free, the only exchange is your presence and your heart ❤️ 

My hope is that in this circle, sipping tea and weaving together we will feel that call of community, to share and to be present with one another.

Inside the workshop we will explore:

– The energy of Friday the 13th and its connection to the Divine Feminine

– The archetype of The Empress from Tarot and what she truly represents beyond the softened stereotype

– How presence influences a room

– Sacred rage as part of feminine power

– The impact of modern life on our rhythm, regulation and disconnection

– How The Empress can influence the way we move, speak, hold boundaries and shape our day-to-day lives

We will close with a guided grounding meditation, inviting you back into your body, into steadiness, into Empress energy who is not performance, not perfection, but rooted in her sovereignty.

This is Matraea and it also opens the first thread of a much larger body of work I am building. Something devoted to teaching women the language of their own power through symbol, archetype and embodied leadership.
